Sesame-Kuzu Pudding

This simple recipe is a favorite of those who have tasted its delicously rich flavor.
Dilute 1/4 tablespoon of sesame butter with 2 1/2 tablespoons of pure water until thin. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of kuzu root powder and stir. Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes creamy. Place in mold to set up. Mix 1 part tamari soy sauce to 1 part water and use as dip sauce.
Uses: Sesame-kuzu pudding is easy to digest for those with weak
intestines and general weakness.
